How IPL 2021 is different from the previous season:

• As we all know IPL 2020 was held in UAE cause of the Corona Virus Pandemic. But this year IPL has returned to its Home India after 2 Years. Nevertheless, it will not be played in all its glory like previous years’ IPLs in India. There will be some restrictions and guidelines by BCCI.

• For the first time in India IPL 2021 Venues are limited and only 6 venues. Each team will play at 4 out of 6 venues. Because minimizing travel will help to reduce the health risk of players.

• All three Playoff matches and the grand finale will be held in Narendra Modi Stadium( Commonly known as Motera Stadium) Ahmedabad, Gujrat.

BCCI banned crowds in the stadiums due to Covid-19. In this season Kings Eleven Punjab is renamed as Punjab Kings(PBKS). Also, this season can be the last in the IPL journey of some players.
