In the year 1890 Guccio started working as an Italian refugee at the Savoy Hotel in London. He found himself astonished by the gorgeous luggage bags those bags were different from the regular. When Ford left the brand, passing on the reins to his successor Frida Giannini in 2006 the brand took another dip. Her designs grew increasingly uninspired and boring. Gucci’s clientele in 2015 Marco Bazar II took over as CEO appointing Alessandro Michele as a creative director. The Brand was recuperated overnight as soon as Michele presented a very lively, free spirit retro sensibility. The creation challenged gender norms. Renaissance art was showcased through the clothes that gave it attention worldwide.
