FAU-G – Indian alternative for PUBG Mobile

It has only been a matter of time since PUBG got banned in India, and we now have a massive announcement about FAU-G, the Indian alternative of the famous mobile game. The information came in on 4th September 2020 when the celebrated Action Super Star Akshay Kumar broke the news by announcing the homegrown action-adventure game developed by an Indian company called nCore Games.

Vishal Gondal, the founder of wearable devices start-up GOQii, is also the co-founder at nCore Games. nCore Games was founded in 2018 by Dayanidhi MG is a Bengaluru based mobile games and interactive entertainment creation company.

The serial entrepreneur Vishal roped in Akshay Kumar as the mentor at FAU-G, who also endorses GOQii. He is on the brand’s board as an investor and strategic advisor. “Supporting PM @narendramodi’s AtmaNirbhar movement, proud to present an action game, Fearless And United-Guards FAU-G. Besides entertainment, players will also learn about the sacrifices of our soldiers. 20% of the net revenue generated will be donated to @BharatKeVeer Trust #FAUG,” Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar tweeted on Friday.

Fearless And United-Guards FAU-G is set to amaze the Indian audience with the features and real scenarios based on graphics and challenges. It is primarily a multiplayer mid-core online shooter game with its first-level set in the backdrop of Galwan Valley, soon following third-person perspective shooting gameplay in the subsequent releases.

While developing this game, the game developers kept the Indian youngsters in mind and have marked entertainment as an essential factor and want the youth to learn about the struggles and sacrifices our soldiers go through. Hence the nCore founders decided to donate 20% of their earnings to Bharat Ke Veer.

The gaming industry has seen exponential growth in India and creates many potentials for Indian gaming content development companies to launch high-intensity games. The Ban on PUBG has opened the gates for Indian game developers. With FAU-G, it seems to be the beginning of a possible chance to place India on the global gaming map to compete with international game developers.

FAU-G is expected to release by the end of October on both google play store and Apple App store platforms. Similar to other games, FAU-G will also be free to play with in-app purchases.

This news must surely bring abundant happiness to the gaming community in India.

With the game being launched soon, the FAU-G teaser was released on the occasion of Dusshera. The festival marks the victory of Good over Evil and the game also talks about Bharat Ke Veer guarding our nation against the evil powers trying to attack us.
