Have you ever had one of those days where your mind gets the best of you and you’re just not feeling that confident? Well, in this article, I’m going to give you some techniques that you can do daily to boost your confidence.

Confidence isn’t something that you’re born with. It is a skill set that you have to learn and develop. So, let’s get to it.

Understand and follow your purpose daily,

why? Well, confidence is all about knowing where you’re going, who you are, and what you’re all about. You need to have a vision statement to help you do this. Organizations do this all the time that’s why you see companies that are so successful and confident in what they’re doing because they have this. This is something very much translatable to the individual.

Why Is This So Important?

Because having a vision statement really is your beacon in the night, and it guides you
as to the decisions you want to make, allowing you to make really good, solid decisions that are going to lead to truly who you are and your purpose.

Plan Daily, The Night Before.

So why do we even have to do this from a confidence perspective? Less stress on your plate makes you feel confident and boost your morale. always great to know well in advance that what’s coming up next and being Prepared about it automatically make you feel confident. So how do you do this?

Well, it’s really easy just the night before or the end of the time that you’re working go take a look, plan it all out. Now the key here though is don’t plan 100% of your day because that’s just going to add stress because I promise you things pop up and they distract from what you’re trying to do, so only plan for 60%. This makes a huge difference and truly does boost your confidence because you know exactly what’s coming your way.

Establish A Morning My Ritual.

This is really important because if you want to feel confident enough, you have to honour yourself in a very loving way and part of that is giving yourself a ritual in the morning that is all about you. What you really can do about it? Well, you can definitely get up early and perhaps just give yourself time with a cup of coffee, reading the paper, even just meditating, journaling, whatever it is that is all about you. There’s a lot to be said about honouring yourself and making yourself first, which actually allows you to help service other people too by the way.

But when you give yourself that time and you’re not stressed or frazzled because you are focusing on yourself, it has a huge impact on your confidence. You may also want to work out too, something that how nice is it to get that out of the way and your confidence goes up too because again, you’re healthy and strong.

Get Up And Dress Up.

when we feel good, our confidence goes up. Dressing up good uplift your mood and actually feel good. There have been plenty of times when you just wake up and you’re not there. Let me give you an example if you’ve ever gotten sick and then you take a nice hot shower and how good you feel afterwards, it’s things like that, it’s about looking your best to whatever that best is going to be for you.

If it’s getting dressed up, go for it. If it’s just wearing something clean and neat, go for it. The whole purpose here is you want to look your best. So here are some things you can do immediately

Well, no surprise here, take a shower. There’s something about water on us that really can invigorate us and help us feel different and better. You may also want to think about getting out of your pajamas.

I know it’s really easy to stay in your pajamas. when you work from home, but you may want to consider getting out of them and just putting on something that you’re comfortable with that helps boost your confidence. Again, the purpose here is to do what works well for you that is going to help you to just feel good.


This is the major gameplay you can include in your life to really shine with confidence. Start listening to Confidence Affirmation and repeat it in the first hour of your day. This makes you feel confident subconsciously.
